Hi,
I may not be good at giving tips but maybe try and set yourself times of the day to eat as much or as little, fatty or healthy food. your body will start to slow tell you but because of the ED it wont at the moment. It may be down to all your emotions at once.
I have had an ED since I was 6 I'm now 23 and have to set myself times of the day to eat. Hope this helps.
