New-not sure if right group

i do the same thing if i wake up ion the middle of the night bc i dont sleep well the first thing i do is step on my scale...i try to see if ive lost any weight too... i just makes me feel better i probally weigh myself 6-10 times a day clothes no clothes everything before i drink a soda after i drink a soda...... its twisted but it calms me down in some weird way......i struggle with really bad anxiety too....
